The Maxx and Julie by ~NicolasBrondo

Sadly when “The Maxx” came out I had just moved out of the country to study abroad, but from what little I could remember about the comic , I believe that Maxx was constantly in a state of hallucination and couldnt decipher the difference between reality and fiction. I think MTV even aired a season of “The Maxx” back when they had quality cartoons to air.
